Here, I will be sharing the best days to trim your hair in 2026. If you are going to cut your hair, you should do it when the moon is at her most vibrant, right? Right? 😊

My grandmother always looked at her almanac—not for hair, but for gardening—so even as a little girl, I knew that the moon phase mattered. Now, more and more people are seeking to return to that level of wisdom and live by the natural rhythms that have proven effective.

So, if you trim your hair during a waxing moon in water zodiac sign (Scorpio, Pisces, Cancer) —the period between a new moon and a full moon—the hair will grow faster, thicker and longer.

Below, I have listed the best dates for a haircut as it reacts best to the energy of the waxing moon. You can certainly choose any other day, but anything done between a full moon and a new moon (the waning phase) tends to result in slower growth-try then scheduling your epilation.
