Returns & Cancellations

Thank you for choosing Astra Mundus Collection. Every piece is handmade with care and intention. If something is not right, I am here to help.

For hygiene and safety, soaps, shower steamers, bath soaks, lotions and scrubs can only be returned unopened and unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
Opened or used bath and body products cannot be returned.

Please email me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
I will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. You won't need to pay anything.

Email astramundus@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
You will receive a reply with the return address and instructions.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Local customers can return in person in Stittsville by appointment.

Once I receive and check your return, I will refund the item price to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item was damaged or wrong.

Because digital files are delivered instantly, all sales of digital products are final.
If you have trouble opening or receiving your file, email me and I will make sure you get it.

Because each reading is prepared personally for you and delivered as a recording, readings are non-refundable.
Please double-check your birth date, time and place before booking. Since every reading is prepared from these details, readings made with incorrect information can’t be refunded.
Readings are offered for reflection and personal guidance. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Each ritual is prepared and performed personally for you and your space. Once the ritual has taken place, it is non-refundable.
Need to cancel? Let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. If something unexpected comes up, reach out and I’ll do my best to reschedule once.
Please make sure the space is accessible and ready at the booked time. If I’m unable to access the space, the appointment is considered missed.
If I need to cancel or reschedule, or if weather or an emergency makes travel unsafe, you’ll receive a full refund or a new date, whichever you prefer.
Smudging rituals are offered for spiritual cleansing and personal well-being. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or professional advice.

Consultations take place live on Zoom at the scheduled time. You will receive the Zoom link by email.
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or considered missed.
If something unexpected or an emergency comes up, please reach out. I will do my best to reschedule once.
