Smudging and Blessing Rituals
(In person, on request)
From the Native North American tradition comes a powerful cleansing technique known as "smudging," or the sacred smoke bowl blessing. This practice involves calling upon the spirits of sacred plants to remove negative energies and restore balance. Our homes and bodies – everything around us – are not just made of purely physical matter. They also vibrate with quiet, invisible energy.
Cleansing a space or our bodies with techniques such as smudging clears away all the emotional and psychic clutter that may have gathered over the years. It is like spiritual spring cleaning! Sage, used in smudging, drives out any negative thoughts, energies, spirits, and influences. Other herbs are used to attract positive energy after all the negative energies have been banished by sage.

The most meaningful rituals are deeply personal and resonate with you and your loved ones. We naturally ritualize life events like baby births, farewells, weddings, and birthdays. As you consider a smudging and blessing ritual, take time to think about what you hope to achieve and discuss it with your family. This could be a unique way to have family bonding time, perhaps inviting your closest friends to share in the blessing. Trust your intuition!

I am resourced to connect with the material realm and astral realm to be able to perform various rituals. My teacher is Mallory from Curve Lake First Nation. She is an innovative, energetic communicator sharing content on Indigenous wellness who has inspired me to dive deeper into spirituality. After all, it is a wellness of spirit, whether it is our spirit guide, our house spirit, business spirit, or anything. What is important is the intention, so every ritual must have an intention, a meaningful intention. I am offering the most commonly requested wellness rituals, but if you are seeking something different, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
Every ritual will be started with an energy sensing of the main space, main space clearing, and self-clearing with smudging. I can at the same time do the smudging on someone else. Then the chosen ritual will be started.

I will bring all needed materials. You need just your open heart and not to be restricted by time. The ritual itself may take up to 2 hours, but afterwards you may want to have time for yourself to process the emotions and take a shower to completely wash away anything lingering on your spirit.

Note: Rituals are performed in a respectful and very personal manner, involving deep emotions and breakthroughs.
