Separation can be an unbearable experience, but life has to go on. I offer a ritual that helps to cut ties and leave your old relationship behind you, allowing you to move on. A smudging ritual will begin. I will light an essential oil diffuser in the area to accompany the ritual. This will help to release negative emotions, accept the change, and let go. I will ask you to breathe deeply and will guide you through a meditation to cut ties with the past relationship.
